Tigo EI Inverter – Limited Warranty Extension This Warranty Extension (“Warranty Extension”) is offered by Tigo Energy, Inc (“Tigo”) for the purposes of extending the standard Limited Warranty (“Limited Warranty”) applicable to Tigo EI Inverters (“Inverters”) installed in the United States, United States Territories (including Puerto Rico) or Canada to a total period of twenty-five (25) years. The Warranty Extension may be purchased as an add-on with the purchase of the corresponding Inverters. To be eligible for Warranty Extension, the Inverters must have been purchased from an authorized seller of Tigo products for use in accordance with the Inverters’ intended purpose. The Warranty Extension may be transferred from the customer to any assignee, and will remain in effect for the time period remaining under the Warranty Extension, provided the Inverters are not moved outside their original location of installation and any reinstallation is performed in accordance with the installation instructions and use guidelines accompanying the Inverters. With the exception of the extended period of coverage, all remaining terms, limitations, disclaimers, conditions and exclusions of Tigo’s then-current Limited Warranty shall apply to the Warranty Extension.
