The CHG1011 charger is designed exclusively for use with the following models: 48V EAGLE, 48V FALCON ELITE, 48V KONG 2, 48V CONDOR ELITE 2, 48V CONDOR ELITE 3, 48V RHINO, 48V KONG ELITE, 48V KONG ELITE PLUS, and 48V KONG ELITE MAX.
Charger Warranty
BigBattery, Inc., a California company located at 21314 Lassen Street, Chatsworth, CA, United States 91311, provides this limited warranty to the original retail purchaser of this product. This limited warranty is not transferable or assignable. BigBattery (the “Manufacturer”) warrants its IP65-rated chargers for one (1) year from the date of purchase at retail against defective material, workmanship, or performance that may occur under normal use and care.
Warranty Coverage
If your unit is found to have defective material or workmanship or does not perform to specifications, the Manufacturer’s obligation under this warranty is solely to repair or replace your product with a new or reconditioned unit at the Manufacturer’s discretion. It is the responsibility of the purchaser to forward the unit, along with proof of purchase and prepaid mailing charges, to the Manufacturer or its authorized representatives for repair or replacement.
Conditions and Limitations
This Limited Warranty is void if the product is misused, subjected to careless handling, repaired, or modified by anyone other than the Manufacturer, or if the unit is resold through an unauthorized retailer.
The Manufacturer does not provide any warranty for accessories used with this product that are not manufactured by BigBattery and approved for use with this product.
Examples of Actions That Void the Warranty
Physical Damage: Dropping, crushing, or otherwise physically damaging the charger; exposing the charger to excessive vibration or impact.
Improper Use: Using the charger in a manner not intended by the manufacturer; using the charger with incompatible batteries or devices; attempting to charge non-rechargeable batteries.
Environmental Exposure: Submerging the charger in water beyond its IP65 rating; exposing the charger to extreme temperatures outside the specified operating range; allowing the charger to be exposed to corrosive substances or environments.
Electrical Misuse: Short-circuiting the charger; exposing the charger to power surges or electrical faults; using the charger with an incorrect or unstable power supply.
Unauthorized Modifications: Opening, disassembling, or modifying the charger in any way; tampering with internal components or circuits; using non- manufacturer-approved accessories or parts.
Negligence: Failing to follow the manufacturer’s usage instructions and guidelines; ignoring maintenance and care recommendations; leaving the charger in a place where it can be easily damaged.
Commercial Misuse: Using the charger in a commercial setting if it is intended for personal use only; overusing the charger beyond its recommended duty cycle.
