This integrated roof mounting kit is a painless, easy installation. Fewer components allow flexibility with your solar array design. These work with all standard module frames, no special grooves or pieces required. Integrated grounding up to 300 modules. These meet or exceed the roofing industry's best practices.

Key Features:
  • Works with all 30-50mm framed solar panels
Special Note:  **YOU WILL NEED TO PURCHASE MID CLAMPS, END CLAMPS AND MINI RAIL GROUNDING CLIPS**

How To Use:
As pictured in the above model, you will need two mid-clamps for each of your panels and two end-clamps for each of your rows. You will fasten the Rail component into the metal roof using 3 standard metal roofing screws. Then you will affix the mid-clamp or end-clamp to your standard Solar Panel.

6 inch Mini Rail

I was skeptical at first but found that the 6 inch mini rail is very strong when used along the vertical ridge of a metal roof. Absolutely give the mini two thumbs up. Great solar support rail.

MINI RAIL KIT | 6IN

Rails worked well, they are a little short, so your panels will be close to the roof. They do not come with screws and I ended up using nuts and bolts. The middle panels are hard to connect with the grounding clip. Other than that, they worked out for my trapezoidal metal roof.
